One group ride of the CBTT circuit, to warm up, followed by 1 minute interval departures for the individual CBTT.
Coffee in Concord Starbucks.

I would but racing Saturday. Thinking a morning TT isn't the best opener for me. Also, I have a supplier visiting at 9am, I know me... I won't make it to the office in time if I ride in Concord

I unexpectedly find myself in the same boat as Mark. I didn't plan to race Kalon Cross, but I had so much fun sweating my arse off last night that I've decided to start the CX season a week early . I definitely need the practice! I'm a little iffy on a ITT the day before, but as of now I'm still in.
