Anyone up for a 3.5 hour (moving time) ride with a stop a the Cake Shop Cafe? Pace = Tempo (to SS).

I've done it before solo. It's a nice route on mostly quiet roads.

• Meet at my place in Boylston, Northbroro Center, or Roche Bros. in Westboro.
• Start time — What's your preference 9 AM, 10 AM, 11?
• about 20 minutes from my place to Northboro Center if anyone wants to meet-up there (thinking you, Mike Westberry; will actually be riding right past your place)
• about 45 minutes (20 KM) from my place to Roche Bros if anyone wants to meet-up there (thinking you, Chris Busick)

Or, what have you got?

Aw man, that looks good. Ill be down at Chris Hinds race tomorrow, though. If I forget to wake up I'll jump on, though

I am planning a long endurance ride tomorrow as well, but I am so behind on my training due to illness that most I can do these days is about 16 MHP

I will not be racing any time soon..

Or, I could pick you up for an early arrival at Ninigret for some extra warmup miles and then you can join us in the 50+ and 40+ fields
Or, you could head down early for the cat 4 and 3/4 fields then join me as I arrive for more miles.

You certainly would get your fill of tempo and SS

If I start at 9:30 I'd get to the rotary about 10:15. I think you'd meet me on Ruggles, yes?

How questionable? I don't know who I'm talking to here, so I've got nothing to go by. But if you think you can maintain at least a 17 mph pace for 60 miles --with a coffee stop-- then be my guest. Where would you be meeting?
