WNR 4/18 5:30

Post by JeremyC »

I need to ride some hills fast this week, just in case I have to walk up the hills at Rasputista Saturday. Who’s in?

Going less intense this week, but I think this could be my hard effort for the week.

50 TSS should get you to Oak Hill.

I’m going to give this a try. Is there a B group?

Rasputitsa training? Maybe I'll finally stick with the group on Fruit Lands...

Hi Neil, yes there usually is a B group. We'll decide once we see the final crew. With that said, after riding with you I'd say you're damn close to a-group material.

I'm in but have to be back at the parking area at 7:15 (should be fine). If there's a B group I assume I will be dropped into that fairly quickly  .

I am in... B group. Last week I had problems with the Garmin route. Wondering if I have the correct route, as only parts of it matched up. Anyone have a link to the proper route on RidewithGPS

That is the route that I currently have. Maybe the GPS was just not calibrated last week.

I think the ride takes about 1 hr 45 min.

Well now I know why my Garmin could never find the course this week and last week... Apparently I had Rusto's MRC Wednesday night ride that started in Stow. I am assuming this was an older course from 5+ years ago.

Another great ride. I'll be back next Wednesday, weather permitting.
