I am up for an alternate route. We could do the route in reverse to mix it up a bit.

The 'regular' WNR in reverse is a pretty good option (we'll call that option 'A'). But I'll throw these routes out there for consideration:
Option B: https://www.strava.com/routes/14408669 -did this last year; close to 'regular' in distance and elevation climbed; highlights : Linden St. and Prison Hill
Option C: https://www.strava.com/routes/19018682 -just created this one; longer (~9 miles, but lots of daylight now) and climb-y-er ; highlights : George Hill and Elm St.

So what's your pleasure A, B, or C?

I'm 50/50 at best but would vote for B.
One note on option B - may be better at 35.2K (or mile 21.8..) to take the left and go up over Chace Hill Rd. S. Meadow has a couple craters and is really rough at the RR crossing (which would be on a downhill this direction). Plus, that's right by the athletic fields so if any evening activities going on could be busy with vehicles

B-group/pace for me as well (except Prison Hill), what with KSR this weekend.
