Figured I would post something different in the event that Rusto's ride is still going off early.
I have a 3 hour window from 9-12. Planning on endurance/low tempo pace for the majority of the ride with one hard 20 minute effort at some point.
Probably going to do the regular Stow route as I need to be home for noon sharp.
Russ would love to have some company depending on how your mahnin' shapes up?
