Landry's SMR - Sat. 4/21. 7 AM

Post by KTeves »

Anyone not racing tomorrow planning to ride the Landry's SMR? Looks like a chilly start, but sunny also (from what I'm seeing right now on WU) and that should help quite a bit. I could lead and/or come up with a route.

For future consideration: We sometimes have a group that rides to/from meeting at Shrewsbury Center at 6:30, but I don't think I'm up for that this time—Maybe when it starts to feel like Spring :!: .

I'm thinking this: https://www.strava.com/activities/10623 ... /2259/8922 (the entire route includes to & from; just the selection from the shop south) or this: https://www.strava.com/activities/984132326 (45 or 38 miles)

That would be nice, but these are Landry's rides and they are scheduled for 7 AM. Sometimes it's nice to get it done early, but other times—especially when I ride to the ride—it's a tough ask for a Saturday.

I'm planning on going also. Riding from Framingham if anyone wants to meet up enroute.

There are generally multiple route options as it isn't just club members that show up. Also, the pace of these rides is usually pretty moderate if that matters.

Reminder from Russ - no parking or pulling around back from the left side of building (as facing from Rt.9) as they're setting everything up for Sunday's consignment. They did move a couple of the barricades so you can pull a vehicle around back from the alternate entrance.

And start talking up the Fondo!!

Hey Kevin

Do you or anyone have any game plans for a Landry's SMR on Saturday April 28th? I think I am interested in getting my second ride in this year hahaha. Maybe a group ride is what I need to motivate my spring into summer season of sport.

Let me know
