Black Fly Tri

Had a good weekend at the Black Fly Tri. Completed the "Lord of the Flies" three years running and wore our colors on the podium for winning the three day event. Placed first in the Bike Time Trial on Friday for my Age Group and 29th out of 185 overall, Finished 2nd to Todd Webber on Saturday for the Olympic Tri and finished 1st on Sunday for the Sprint. All in all a good weekend, was happy that I beat my times in all three events from last year. Always good a year older and faster at this age. Next up Nationals in VT.
