Wow. Lots of hard racing and great reporting.

Years from now no one will remember who won GMSR in 2018, but they'll still be talking about Tucker!

I don't have much to say about my performance in the crit. It was brutally hot. I was stuck tailgunning most of it. Got to the front with 8 laps to go then got divebombed a lap later on the downhill and lost my positioning as I braked to stay safe.

But Geno lapped the field solo and took over the GC lead that race so it must have been exciting to watch.

Takeaways from the weekend, I am very proud of my ability to pee on the bike. I practiced it leading up to the race and it came in handy many times.

On the Phat Tuesday ride tonight random people that Tucker doesn’t know were talking about “the run”

I am still trying to understand "the run" and how far Tucker ran with his bike. So I geeked out to check out the run and see how legendary it should become. My view.... wait for it... wait for it... "Le-gen-d-ary"!

Tucker first ran / walked almost 4 miles. Yes, almost 4 miles. At an average of 4% grade. Then he got a push / roll for about 2 miles.
Then he was back to run/walking for another 2.5 miles. Oh, and that was at an average grade of 8%.
In his socks. Carrying his bike for at least some parts of it.

Tucker, whenever you are in my company as long as I am with MRC, I will buy you a beer. Every time we are together.
